Job Descriptions:

  1. Answer inquiries regarding different options for traveling
  2. Domestic and international ticketing
  3. Provide support and service to ticketing related requests
  4. Provide accurate travel information

Job Specification:

  1. Bachelor's Degree / BTTM preferred or any other relevant degree with 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing position.
  2. Full Ticketing knowledge and experience in the same post is highly preferable.
  3. Must be proficient in using GDS' and Sabre is a must.
  4. Must have the ability to sell ideas and influence others.
  5. Fluency in the English language; ability to speak write and present clearly and effectively.
  6. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active and innovative mind.
  7. High integrity and ability to keep confidentiality and work independently.
  8. Knowledge of hotel, travel and tourism sector and competitive market.
